This meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting with Members of Committee participating in person at Town Hall and remotely. Members of the public are invited to view the meeting by attending in person, watching the live stream or calling into the meeting.

Area A1: Zoning By-law Amendment for Part of Lots 18,19, 20, 21 and 22, Concessions 3 and 4, West of Hurontario Street (Chinguacousy), Town of Caledon, south of proposed Highway 413, north of Mayfield Road and west of Chinguacousy Road, Ward 2


The proposed zoning by-law amendment would rezone the Subject Lands into an appropriate residential mixed use zone category to facilitate the future development of residential lots, residential mixed-use buildings and commercial uses. An environmental policy area zone is established to protect environmental areas. A commercial zone is also established for a proposed major commercial centre.  A holding zone is applicable which prohibits development until certain conditions are met including approval of the Town’s new Official Plan.  In addition, servicing must be available.

Area A2: Zoning By-law Amendment for Part of Lots 21 and 22, Concessions 1 and 2, EHS (Chinguacousy), Town of Caledon, south of Old School Road, east of Highway 10, Ward 2

The proposed zoning by-law amendments would rezone the Subject Lands into an appropriate residential mixed use zone category to facilitate the future development of residential lots, residential mixed-use buildings and commercial uses. An environmental policy area zone is established to protect environmental areas.  A holding zone is applicable which prohibits development until certain conditions are met including approval of the Town’s new Official Plan. In addition, servicing must be available.

Area A3: Zoning By-law Amendment for Bolton North Hill, south of Castlederg Side Road, north of Columbia Way and east and west of Queen Street, Town of Caledon, Ward 6

The proposed zoning by-law amendments would rezone the Subject Lands into an appropriate residential and residential mixed use zones categories to facilitate the future development of residential lots, residential mixed-use buildings and commercial uses. A holding zone is applicable which prohibits development until certain conditions are met including approval of the Town’s new Official Plan. In addition, servicing must be available.

Area A4: Zoning By-law Amendment for Parts of Lots 21 and 22, Concession 1 and Parts of Lots 19, 20 and 22, Concession 2, West of Hurontario Street (Geographic Township of Chinguacousy), Town of Caledon, south of Old School Road, west of Highway 10, Ward 2

The proposed zoning by-law amendments would rezone the Subject Lands into an appropriate residential mixed use zone category to facilitate the future development of residential lots, residential mixed-use buildings and commercial uses. Area A5: Zoning By-law Amendment for lands bounded by Healy Road to the north, Humber Station Road to the east, the proposed Highway 413 to the south and The Gore Road and the Greenbelt Plan to the west, Town of Caledon, Ward 5

The proposed zoning by-law amendments would rezone the Subject Lands into an appropriate residential mixed use zone category to facilitate the future development of residential lots, residential mixed-use buildings and commercial uses.  An environmental policy area zone is established to protect environmental areas. The proposed zoning by-law amendments would rezone the Subject Lands into an appropriate residential mixed use zone category to facilitate the future development of residential lots, residential mixed-use buildings and commercial uses. An environmental policy area zone is established to protect environmental areas. A holding zone is applicable which prohibits development until certain conditions are met including approval of the Town’s new Official Plan. In addition, servicing must be available.

Area A9: Zoning By-law Amendment for Part of Lot 18, Concessions 2 and 3, East of Hurontario Street (Chinguacousy), Town of Caledon, north of Mayfield Road between Kennedy Road and Heart Lake Road, Ward 2

The proposed zoning by-law amendments would rezone the Subject Lands into appropriate residential mixed use zone categories to facilitate the future development of residential lots, residential mixed-use buildings and commercial uses. An environmental policy area zone is established to protect environmental areas. A holding zone is applicable which prohibits development until certain conditions are met including approval of the Town’s new Official Plan. In addition, servicing must be available.

Area A10: Zoning By-law Amendment for Part of Lots 3 and 4, Concession 7, Town of Caledon, known municipally as 12563 & 12599 Highway 50 and 2 Industrial Road, Ward 5

The proposed zoning by-law amendments would rezone the Subject Lands into an appropriate residential mixed use zone category to facilitate the future development of residential lots, residential mixed-use buildings and commercial uses. A holding zone is applicable which prohibits development until certain conditions are met including approval of the Town’s new Official Plan. In addition, servicing must be available.
