Due to efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 and to protect all individuals, the Council Chamber will not be open to the public to attend Committee of Adjustment meetings until further notice. The meeting will be held as an electronic meeting. Details on how members of the public can access the meeting will be posted on the Town’s website.

 

The public may submit comments regarding agenda matters to CofA.Agenda@caledon.ca. Comments submitted may be considered as public information and entered into the public record.

Property Location: 786 The Grange Side Road (nearest intersection The Grange Sideroad and West of Mississauga Road) (Ward 1)
Purpose: To defer the application.

Property Location: 354 Newlove Drive (nearest intersection Newlove Drive and Allan Drive) (Ward 5)
Purpose: a) To permit an interior side yard setback of 1.5 metres on driveway side; and, b) To permit a Building Area (maximum) of 35%.

Property Location: 15606 Duffy’s Lane (nearest intersection Duffy’s Lane and south of Old Church Road) (Ward 4)
Purpose: a) To permit a Driveway Width (maximum) of 12.72 metres; and, b) To permit two dwellings for a temporary period while the new proposed dwelling is constructed.

Property Location: 3 Greer Streeet (nearest intersection Greer Street and Old Church Road) (Ward 4)
Purpose: a) To permit increase Building Area (maximum) to 35%; b) To permit a front yard setback (mimimum) of 8.5 metres to recognize existing accessory building; c) To permit Interior Side Yard (minimum) other side to 1.0 metres to recognize existing accessory building; and, d) To permit Building Area (maximum) for Accessory Buildings to 8.5%.

Purpose: To sever approximately 19,381.67 square metres, with a lot frontage of approximately 146.88 metres to create a day nursery and easements for sanitary, storm and servicing.
