Presentation from Rob MacDonald, Managing Partner, ASI Inc.

Whereas the Town is undergoing significant growth in the coming years;

Whereas this growth will extend services including but not limited to water, wastewater, gas, and broadband to various areas of the Town to service development;

Whereas this growth and development will provide for an opportunity to extend these services to existing residents and businesses within the area;

Whereas through public engagement, residents and stakeholders are expressing interest in having these services extended to existing un-serviced areas;

Now therefore be it resolved that staff be directed to work with the affected landowners, development proponents, Region of Peel, utilities and other agencies to look for opportunities to extend services in conjunction with land development projects to existing residents in proximity to the development area; and

That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Region of Peel.
