For the purpose of a proposed Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment for a development proposal consisting of two large industrial buildings. The Official Plan Amendment would change the designation of the subject lands from Highway Commercial (subject to OPA 239) and General Industrial to Highway Commercial with site specific policies to allow additional employment uses. The Zoning By-law Amendment would rezone the property from Highway Commercial with a Holding provision (CH-556-H19 and CH-480-H13) and Service Industrial (MS-483-H13) to Highway Commercial with and Exception and Holding Provision (CH XXX-HXX).
